I just realized that I met an incredibly large blessing. I feel rather ashamed that only now do I say, but somehow it just happened that this one of the greatest gifts I have ever got is virtually unnoticeable. Well, better late than never ... We live in a country where virtually no obstacle we can worship our God. There is complete religious freedom and everyone can go to the church what he wants. Is this some revelation? It seems not. The Constitution has always guaranteed religious freedom for us this, so there is no revelation. However, if our situation compared to those of other countries, it comes out that we are lucky. Confronting our political conditionality conditioning prevailing in other countries where Christians are murdered almost at the first better opportunity, we come to the conclusion that we are lucky. I assure you that it is not luck, because it can have in the LOTTO - this is God's gift and blessing.
shocking to me now report from Nigeria, where the sectarian riots killed dozens of Christians ( news1 , news2 ). I do not know well the situation in this country and not known to me all the social factors, but these people are victims of violence simply because they are Christians. Of course, a whole bunch of other countries where Christians are dumb and wrong man is on the agenda. We very often living in an EU country you believe that what we have we should be. Few of us suffer for the gospel in such a literal way, as it is repeatedly described in the Bible. The fact that we can meet it is evident God's gift and blessing that we received from him. Do not forget about it and express our gratitude to him for it, because actually, it is perhaps not spectacular and widely visible on our streets, but when confronted with a gray reality ....

In the early history of Christianity, the celebration of God in Christ has been associated with the danger of loss of life from both Gentiles and Jews. Suffering was a completely different meaning than we now experience in democratic and 'civilized' countries. Persecution of Christians, just because they are Christians is a problem as most contemporary to our times. People are killed because they believe Christ as his Lord. We are not touching evil, but that does not mean that we pretend the problem does not concern us.
